When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Spruce Meadows Ltd and yourself.

Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings are only valid for the date and time stated. If you arrive late we cannot guarantee access to the scheduled activity and Spruce Meadows is not responsible for missed sessions or lost time.
2. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
3. For Group bookings a designated group leader or organiser must be nominated and will be responsible for the behaviour of the group and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to request additional information, deposits, or documentation for group, school, or organisational bookings.
4. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the premises.
5. You must adhere to health and safety regulations.
6. You must wash your hands in line with Spruce Meadows hand washing policy. For example, washing hands after touching or feeding any of our animals.
7. In the event of extreme weather conditions, we may have to close the Farm.
8. Only registered guide dogs can attend the Farm.
9. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove from the Farm.
10. We will not tolerate on the use of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards our staff or other visitors on site.
11. Spruce Meadows is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
12. Participation in all activities is at the guest's own risk and guests will accept full responsibility for any risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, or other incidents.
13. Spruce Meadows, its employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, accidents, or property damage, except as required by law.

Birthday parties cost £19.50 per child. When booking a party online you will be charged a £60 deposit to secure your timeslot. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your party. Our minimum charge for a birthday party is £156.  

Foot Golf cost £7pp, family tickets available. When booking Foot Golf online you will be charged in full at the time of booking. 

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the date you have booked we will issue a full refund. No refunds will be issued if you cancel after this time.

If Spruce Meadows has to cancel your booking, due to unforeseen circumstance, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds from this website are processed through our payments processor and the banking system and can take between 3 and 10 days to complete.
